1. Early Access platform

HubCore Vibes is under active development. Features may change, be added, removed, interrupted or tested while the platform evolves. Early Access does not guarantee that every planned feature will launch or remain available.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Usernames may be changed, restricted or reclaimed where necessary to prevent impersonation, abuse or infringement.
• You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, any required parent or guardian permission remains your responsibility. HubCore Vibes is not intended for children under 13.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, videos, comments, posts and other original content you submit. By posting content, you give HubCore Vibes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, resize, transcode and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote and display the HubCore Vibes service and your content within it. This licence ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backups, legal obligations and content already shared by others.

You confirm that you own your content or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share it. Do not upload copyrighted music, footage, images, personal information or other material you are not authorised to use.

4. Reel Vibes and media uploads

Reel Vibes is for lawful, authorised short-form content. You are responsible for what you upload. HubCore Vibes may remove media that infringes rights, violates these Terms, creates security risk, or is reported and reasonably determined to be inappropriate or unlawful.

5. Community conduct

Do not use HubCore Vibes to post or encourage illegal activity, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, scams, malware, impersonation, deliberate misinformation causing serious harm, privacy violations, copyright infringement, spam or attempts to manipulate platform systems. We may moderate, restrict, remove content or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or legal compliance.

6. AI and experimental features

AI-assisted features such as Reel Vibes creation or editing may be introduced as beta or experimental tools. AI results may be inaccurate or unexpected. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for ensuring you have the rights to any uploaded source material.

7. Intellectual property

HubCore Vibes branding, logos, site design, software, Reality Switch materials and other platform-owned content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of HubCore Vibes intellectual property to users.

8. Safety, moderation and reporting

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including removing content, limiting features or suspending access. We are not required to pre-screen every user submission and cannot guarantee that all user-generated content will be suitable or accurate.

9. Availability and warranties

HubCore Vibes is provided on an “as available” basis during development. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, error-free operation or that all features will meet every user's expectations. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HubCore Vibes and its founder, operators and service providers will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the developing platform, user-generated content, loss of content, outages or third-party services. This clause does not limit liability where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

11. Termination

You may stop using HubCore Vibes at any time. We may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security threats, unlawful activity or platform abuse.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as HubCore Vibes develops. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.

13. Governing framework and contact

HubCore Vibes is developed from South Africa. These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable South African law while respecting mandatory rights users may have in their own jurisdictions. For legal, privacy, copyright or account concerns, use the private enquiry form on the HubCore Vibes website.

These Terms are a practical Early Access framework and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before large-scale commercial launch, paid services or expansion into multiple regulated jurisdictions.
